Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death among 15-20 year olds. Distracted driving is the number one cause of car accidents among teens. To help combat this, we're offering up to $15,000 to schools for the winning 25-second video produced by students.

Effective February 16th the DMV will impose two (2) points on the driving records of those who have been found guilty of driving while using a cell phone.
Violators will also be issued a fine between $100 to $200.
