Increase your IQ

A Free Report offered to our valued clients
By Robert Moses

Did you know that you can increase your IQ simply and easily right now? IQ stands for Intelligence Quotient. Maybe you have taken IQ tests for fun in the past either through school or on the internet. It’s interesting to find out what your IQ is, but did you know there are several easy ways to increase your IQ? Read below to find out how you can increase yours.

Breathe

  • The simplest and most effective way to improve brain function immediately is to breathe deeply.
  • Deep breathing relaxes us and puts more oxygen in the blood and therefore the brain.
  • Many of us are in the habit of breathing too shallowly so breathing deeply can raise your brain function.
  • If you breathe through your nose you will breathe more deeply.
  • Next time you need to concentrate or increase your concentration; breathe deeply through your nose 3 or 4 times.

Sit up straight
Good posture affects our state of mind. It helps us to think more clearly. Try this experiment to prove it to yourself (then share it with your friends!):

  • Do simple math problems in your head.
  • First while slouching.
  • Then while sitting up straight.

Did it make a difference? To keep your posture good while working take breaks to see how you are sitting. Correct your posture when you notice yourself slouching and increase your IQ at the same time.

Avoid sugar
Simple carbohydrates taken in large quantities can give you a sluggish feeling that makes it difficult to concentrate. Try to avoid white flour, sugar, potatoes and other “carbs” before important meetings or anytime you need to be sharp.

Keep moving
Even minimal exercise can get enough blood pumping to wake up your brain and help you think better, problem solve, and concentrate.

    • When you start to feel a little sluggish take a quick walk around the block.
    • Stand up and stretch.
